GLE has provided BB&T with comprehensive environmental consulting services, including Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, Transaction Screening Procedures (TSPs), Regulatory File Reviews, Contamination Assessments, Remediation Designs and Site Clean-up Services and Stormwater Erosion Control and Compliance.

Fifth Third Bank Construction Consulting: For the past five years, GLE has served as a construction services representative for Fifth Third’s commercial projects division. For each project undertaken, GLE initially completed a plan and cost review, analyzing the construction documents and schedule of values for completeness, constructability and cost control. Once construction begins GLE conducts regular site inspections to ensure that the work is being completed in accordance with the construction documents and applicable building codes. Additionally GLE reviews and approves the contractor’s pay requests and all change order requests. GLE has provided these services for more than 40 projects including:
