Physical Needs Assessments

GLE completed PNA’s for the following four communities at the West Palm Beach Housing Authority (WBHA) in 2007, Dunbar, Twin Lakes, Pleasant City and Robinson. GLE completed these comprehensive PNA’s, provided reports, recommendations and estimated costs for repairs for the site, structure, roof, exterior, interior, mechanical and plumbing and electrical and fire systems as well as handicap accessibility in less than one month. Repair recommendations were prioritized enabling WPBHA to develop long range capital plans for implementation of GLE’s recommendations.
