Investigations

GLE has provided mold consulting services for over 1,000 mold claims in response to Hurricanes and/or flood damage in Florida, Texas, Illinois, Wisconsin and Greater Southern California for various Major Insurance Companies. The scope of these investigations has included a thorough inspection of the residence followed by the collection of samples for both viable and non-viable airborne mold spore, swab samples and cellotape samples.  When authorized by the insurance company, GLE has overseen the remediation of mold contamination, including the collection of air samples during and following the remediation.

Upon completion of the mold abatement by third-party remediation contractors, GLE performed final inspections and conducted post-remediation testing, allowing timely completion of the restoration process and in many cases, a reduction in owner relocation time and expense.
