Civil Engineering Services

GLE was selected by FPHA to provide Civil Engineering services for three fast track projects (Garden Terrace, Garden Terrace Annex, and South 27th Street Circle).

Garden Terrace and Garden Terrace Annex consists of 229 multi family units requiring insitu and or retrofit replacement designs of the sanitary sewer laterals, demolition of various utility sheds and walls, and design of additional driveways/off street parking areas.

South 27th Street Circle consists of concrete pavement rehabilitation assessments and design modification/replacements for an existing street within a multi family housing project

Miscellaneous services are being provided such as:
· Utility coordination
· Asbuilt surveys of existing sanitary sewer mains and laterals
· Auditing and quantifying
· Permitting determination through the City, SFWMD, FPUA, and FDEP was completed
· Design of new sanitary laterals, driveways and replacement sidewalks
· Cost Estimating
· Value Engineering
· Contract Administration
· Construction Engineering Services and certifications
