School Board of Broward County: GLE managed an A/E contract with the School Board of Broward County from 1998 to 2010. The coordination of projects can be an overwhelming task due to the location and the size of the school district (284 facilities), but ran seamlessly through GLE's dedicated staff with consistent communication with SBBC. GLE completed over 1,240 projects under this contract, including major renovations (up to $2.5 million) and master specifications for use district-wide. Representative projects include:
• Modular building installations (over 30 total) to four campuses to achieve state-mandated classroom size reductions
• Building Code compliance inspection services at seven campuses
• Districtwide exterior waterproofing and Stucco Repairs Master Specification
• IAQ improvement projects at more than 15 SBBC Campuses
• Sheridan Technical School and the Quest Center Exceptional School Reroofing projects
• Scope of work development at Plantation Park Elementary School
GLE also served as the term environmental consultant for SBBC, GLE completed over 1,240 projects under this contract, included in the scope were asbestos, lead, mold and related IAQ consulting services and remedial actions.

| Citrus County School Board: GLE has served in a full-service capacity as the Citrus County School Board’s environmental consultant since 1996. GLE has completed over 240 projects, ranging from asbestos inspections/monitoring, lead-based paint inspections, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, UST removals/closures, contamination assessment and remediation for petroleum products including source removal, indoor air quality consulting and radon measurement and mitigation. |

| Duval County Public Schools: GLE was selected as the District’s Term Industrial Hygiene and Environmental Consultant, under a 3 year continuing services contract. GLE’s provides routine industrial hygiene / indoor air quality assessments, lead-containing paint consulting, due diligence environmental site assessment, remediation design and underground storage tank management. We have recently performed 8-hour training for the District’s maintenance staff for the new EPA Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) rule associated with lead-based paint. Additionally, GLE has performed a turn-key UST removal and closure assessment which included an initial remedial action for the removal of petroleum contaminated soils from an abandoned UST found at a local school site. |
