Lead Inspection, Risk Assessor & Consulting Services
GLE was awarded a contract to provide lead-consulting services for lead-based paint inspection and risk assessment services in October 2001 for the City of Albany. To date GLE has provided Lead-Based Paint Inspections and reports, Lead-Based Paint Risk Assessment Reports, including Hazard Control Plans, Recommendations and Cost Estimates, Inspections of Work-in-Progress and Clearance Testing & Final Inspection at more than 100 residences.
