GLE provided architectural services for the retrofitting and renovation of four housing unit types to meet Section 504/ADA compliance requirements. GLE also provided design updates to the community center and the on-site offices to meet ADA and ANSI requirements. Cost: $25,440 In addition, GLE also completed a Physical Needs Assessment and Lead-Based Paint Survey for the 126 Unit Community.
