Architectural/Engineering Services

Under an architectural/engineering term contract with Broward County Housing Authority, GLE has performed needs assessment inspections of both the Crystal Lakes Apartments (192 units) and the Schooler Humphries Apartments (144 units) to determine capital improvement needs. Additionally, we have provided design services to correct those needs and prepare cost estimates for budget preparation associated with future projects. GLE offers in-house professionals to perform the engineering, architectural, construction cost estimating and value engineering services. Specific projects involving our professional consultants include modernization work, re-roofing, HVAC installations, dumpster enclosures, site improvements and stormwater drainage corrections. We have also provided a wide range of environmental services.

HVAC Renovations at Four Sites

GLE was responsible for the design and construction administration of HVAC systems in over 150 dwelling units at several sites in South Florida.
