AE Term Contract
GLE is completing Architectural Services for the CHA’s Barbee Towers. Included in the scope of this project are window and door replacements, as well as hurricane hardening for this 12 story high rise. GLE also provided design services for the replacement of emergency generators on two high-rise housing units. GLE performed a full due diligence survey, determined code compliance, adopted versions of NFPA and coordinated with the generator manufacturer for this project.
