AE Term Contract
GLE was recently selected to provide AE and environmental consulting services to the CHA. Via this term contract, GLE's initial task was to perform a Section 504/ADA survey of CHA's four properties and perform lead-based paint surveys. Based on the findings of these surveys, GLE is providing the AE services necessary to bring CHA's four communities into 504/ADA compliance. This project will require the conversion of 19 units to 504 units.
