AE Term Contract

GLE’s service as the term contract architectural firm for the St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA) spans the past ten years and 49 projects. GLE provides design services, construction document preparation and construction administration services for various revitalization projects. We have also completed Physical Needs Assessments for Clearview Apartments, Romayne Apartments, and Disston Apartment Communities. In addition, GLE completed Property Condition Assessments for three privately owned multi-family properties as part of SPHA’s potential purchase of these properties. Additionally, because of GLE’s in-house environmental consulting staff, we provided professional consulting services in the areas of lead-based paint, asbestos and radon mitigation. Projects identified via this contract include modernizations to James Park and Clearview communities, 504 compliance projects, reroofing projects, community center additions and administrative office renovations.
