Services Term Contract

GLE’s service as the term contract architectural firm for the St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA) spans the past six years and 49 projects. In this capacity, GLE provides design services, construction document preparation and construction administration services. Additionally, because of GLE’s in-house environmental consulting staff, we provided professional consulting services in the areas of lead-based paint, asbestos and radon mitigation. Projects include:

Clearwater Housing Authority: Ralph and Richard Towers - Electrical Engineering Services: This project included the replacement of emergency generators on two high rise housing units.  The existing electrical system did not meet the current electrical code, so new fire pump transfer switches and regular transfer switches were provided at each site.  The design provides temporary power during the changeover from the existing to the new generator systems.

· Adopted Versions of NFPA
· Coordination with Generator Manufacturer
