GLE currently serves as one of Hillsborough County’s term contract architect/engineers. Projects under this contract have included comprehensive building envelope improvements to both the east and west wings of the Museum of Science and Industry (MOSI). Needing to address several sources of moisture intrusion throughout the building.

GLE was contacted by the County Parks Department to design, permit and perform construction over-site for the construction of a non-community public water supply well and system at Peterson Road Park. Specifically, work included technical specifications for well and treatment system; obtaining a Public Drinking Water Facility Construction Permit, Certification of Construction Completion and Request for a Letter of Clearance to Place a Public Drinking Water Facility into Service; supervision for bidding and water system installation; and sealed as-built construction drawings.

Currently GLE is working on a 5,000 SF addition to the Emergency Operating Center, as well as renovations to the existing facility.
