After purchasing a Catholic church in north Tampa, the Bob Sierra YMCA called upon GLE to complete an evaluation of the existing facility for conversion into a youth and family center. Specific challenges included the spatial conversion of the sanctuary into gym facilities and determining the most efficient manner to add locker room facilities to the existing structure.
