Environmental Condition of Property Assessments at Three Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Services Properties

GLE conducted Environmental Condition of Property (ECP) Assessments, including limited soil sampling, at 3 properties. The assessments were conducted in accordance with Standard Practice for Determining the Environmental Condition of Federal Property, ASTM Standard D 6008-22. The scope of work also included the collection of soil samples from statistically random locations at each facility for analysis for RCRA Metals, Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAH), PFAS/PFOS constituents, Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons – Gasoline Range Organics and Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons – Diesel Range Organics.

A Site-Specific Health and Safety/Accident Prevention Plan (HASP/APP) was prepared in accordance with the USACE Safety and Health Requirements Manual, EM 385-1-1. Site-specific sampling plans were also prepared for each facility.
